Dear Kathy and John,
I have always loved being with you and with Esther and Sam. And I even remember wonderful visits with grandma and grandpa. I have always loved the hill and the views and your mom always made everyone feel welcomed and loved. She was such a treasure!! I regret living so far away and not being able to visit more often, especially in the last few years when driving has become difficult. Please know that you all are often in my thoughts with much love. It is awfully hard to lose a mother. But on the other hand, she will always be with you... in your thoughts and in your heart. And she and Sam are always with me too. Models of how to live a happy and loving life. I'm glad my family got to meet them, and I miss you all!!! Many many hugs.
