I practically grew up at the Kain house so I have LOTS & LOTS of fond memories of Mr. Kain. Whenever I picture him, he is standing at the stove in the kitchen on Willow Street with the game on the tv. Oh, Jen was right about that french onion soup -- THE BEST! I remember going to the air show and going for pizza at the Windsock afterwards. Mr. & Mrs. Kain often went out on the weekends and Jen & I watched Cindy. It was nice to have him bring home a late night pizza for all to enjoy. I will NEVER forget the time he took us out on the Achilles. The engine had cut out and we had to drift close enough to swim to shore on Pleasure Beach. Mrs. Kain, Cindy, Jen & I waited for what seemed like hours for him to walk back to the car in Stratford to come & rescue us. Yes, he was king of the cannonball. We lived in the pool during the summers and Mr. Kain was always part of the fun. I even remember the time we forgot to put the solar cover on the pool and had to get up in the middle of the night to do so. My deepest sympathies are with your family. He will be missed.

To the family, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I didn't see Mr. Kain in many years, but I remember how handsome he was. Mrs. Kain, it is so beautiful to hear how much you both loved one another. My family sends their love to you and your two very special daughters.

My brother Bill! A part of my heart is gone forever. We had so many good times: P.S. 30 & Curtis H.S. Playing stick ball, tag, basketball, football, climbing trees and so many other things best friends did together growing up. We were like either half of one coin. Our best times were in high school after I taught you to dance. All the dance contests we won and being chosen to appear on American Bandstand. When you taught me how to dive "early in the morning" at Faber Pool, swimming and fishing off of Livalittle and trips to N.J. All the parties, etc. when you didn't mind that your little sister was there. Our block "C"s. So many other memories.... they make me smile. A fond fairwell, my brother. Till we meet again. My prayers are with you. Peace & Love. Ann

Bill, my best friend and love of my life..my Huggy Bear..I will forever miss your smile, your voice and wacky sense of humor. I will never watch a golf match, or Yankee game again without thinking of you. I will see you in Rocco, our grandson who looked so much like you and is already a little character, smart and witty. When I hear the waves at the beaches and smell the salty air I will remember you and our visits to the Jersey shore where we visited so much and loved. When I see a vegetable garden I will think of your love of planting a vegetable garden each spring. So many loving memories of you..until we meet and hug each other again in Heaven, you are with me always.
