Obituary of Thomas Christopher Hart

Thomas Christopher Hart, age 28 of Ansonia, died tragically on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Yale-New Haven Hospital as a victim of homicide.  Born in Milford on January 8, 1991, he was the son of the late Thomas William Hart and Laura Ann Wolf Hart.  Tommy was raised in Milford and quickly displayed his talent for art, especially in line drawings and colored pencil mediums.  Like many youths, he enjoyed skateboarding, roller blading and trick bicycle riding around the parks and beaches of his hometown of Milford.  Music was a means of expressing himself and Tommy possessed a diverse taste in music, stretching across many genres and styles. A jokester at heart, he will be long remembered for his great sense of humor and for the countless pranks he pulled off with his pal, Anthony Feledie.   He is survived by sisters, Lindsay (Robert Weston, Jr.) Burnham of Ansonia, Jennifer Jackson of Indiana, Bethany Burnham of Michigan, Kehly Hansen of Michigan and Nicole Hart of Milford; an aunt, Dawn Broska of South Carolina; an uncle, Stephen Nunziata of Milford; cousins, Christopher and Shelby Hart, both of South Carolina; and cherished nieces and nephews, Angelina Hart of Milford, Robert J. Weston III of Ansonia, Amir Smith of Milford, Pantara French and Layne Grant, both of Indiana; as well as many friends.  A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM in the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia on Saturday, June 1, 2019.  Interment will be private.  Family and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Saturday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, prior to the service.
