Obituary of Tracy Catherine Staroba

Tracy Catherine Staroba, age 59 of West Haven, died on August 6, 2020 at Yale New Haven Hospital following a sudden illness. Born in New Haven on January 27, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Shirley Remillard Mathis. Ms. Staroba was a proud U.S. Marine Veteran serving as a Quarter Master in Okinawa, Japan and at Naval Air Station Alameda , San Francisco, CA. She was a recent graduate of Gateway Community College, enjoyed movies, traveling and fishing. She is survived by her devoted sons, Zachary J. (Jessica) Staroba of Seymour and Adam J. Staroba of Ansonia; and a sister, Susan Martone of West Haven. A celebration of her life will be announced in the near future.
