Obituary of Donald Fava
Donald Frank Michael Fava of Shelton, passed away unexpectedly the week of December 20, 2020 at the age of 55. Born April 30, 1965 and known to most as Don or Donnie, he had a kind heart and an upbeat spirit. Son, father, brother, uncle, friend… Donnie was loved by many. He adored all kids, and his own daughters were his whole world. They were his proudest achievement. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Bernardo Valenti and his step-father, Alan Valenti; his father, Donald Fava of FL; his girls, Deanna and Megan Fava and their mother, Timea Fava; and his sisters, Donna (Jessica and Colin Tuck) Bernardo, Kimberly (Thomas and Leah) Persano and Kelly Fava. He was loved and cherished by his family and friends alike and was always making people laugh.
Don could be found putting his all into everything he did. He was the proud owner of Fava Home Improvement and loved his work. He was known for his craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. He also spent his time at DaCruz's Detailing Services, helping his buddy work on cars. He called everyone his buddy, which shows how much he cared about the people around him.
