Obituary of Elizabeth Hurlbert

Hurlbert (Patulak)- Elizabeth A. (Patulak) Hurlbert, age 62 of Meriden, formerly of Ansonia, died December 3, 2009 in the Silver Springs Health Care Center following a long illness. Born in Derby on April 21, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Stella Krystofik Patulak. Ms. Hurlbert was a lifelong member of Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Ansonia. She is survived by her devoted brother, Michael Patulak and his wife Mary Ann of Prospect; nephews, Robert Patulak of Naugatuck, Jeffrey Patulak and his wife Mindy of MA and Thomas Patulak of AR; and a great-nephew, Tyler Patulak of AR. Funeral services will take place on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 10:45 AM from the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Ave., Ansonia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated in Sts. Peter & Paul Church, 105 Clifton Ave., Ansonia, at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Derby. Family and friends may call on Monday, December 7, 2009, from 9:00 to 10:45AM.
