Dear Mark and Kevin, I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I remember seeing her in my office just as she was ready to move to Florida. Although she was my patient, we had become friends over the years . I always enjoyed her visits to the office and I often thought about her and how she was doing years after she moved.
