I wrote on the other one, but its no longer active. Aunt Phyllis is missed, but I know she is in a better place. Heaven is where we all want to be when we die, or when the Lord comes back. Aunt Phyllis just got there first.

Phyllis, you were my best friend when we were growing up. I was always at your house on King St.& have so many great memories of your Mom, dad, Artie, Evelyn & Denise & the fun we had. I moved across country & lost touch & was so saddened when I heard about your passing during my visit to CT. Wish I could have bid you farewell, my friend. God's peace to your family & loved ones.

Mom, How I miss you! I will always be greatful for the time we had. I Thank you for being the best Grandma my boys could have. Dana is going to have to find someone else to bother at the dinner table.I would give anything to have you in the kitchen baking up a storm.Thank you for standing by me in the hard times and keeping us safe and all together. Having know Phyllis as long as I've known Yvonne, I remember her as a loving, giving Mom and Grandma. I remember picnics...her deviled eggs! and still have an afghan she made for Frank and I when we married. Having gone through what Yvonne and her family did and watching cancer take away a loved one, the whole family has my deepest sympathy. I hope I can help fill the void with our grandsons, though I know no one can ever take Phyllis's place in their hearts. My love to all.

Though I was a small child when we left CT. I will always remember my Aunt Phyllis. I will always love her. I will always remember that she is in heaven and doesn't have to suffer anymore. Aunt Phyllis will be missed, but she was also loved till the very end.

You were my best friend when I was growing up. I remember delivering your newspapers with her on her paper route and the sundaes at Waldorf Drug Store. Good times, good memories. I will love her forever. Memories keep us close even when one has passed over to God's kingdom.

To Phyllis's family, I am so sorry for your loss. The earth's loss is Heaven's gain, because she was a riot that's for sure. She'll be watching down over her family and coming out with her infamous one-liners LOL. So loveable and kind, so much fun to be around.
