Dave Onze Dave, I miss you….but What can I say now, do now? I can and do re-member you. You will re-main in me in my memories. You are such a gentle friendly soul, Re-curringly checking in and re-newing the friend-ship We’re all in. Always so re-spectful, with a “Mr.� and “Mrs.�, Would that I had not miss-ed something there myself, And still have you show up here magically like an elf. A leaven-ing agent, sharing your light and lightness of being. You were a ten, e-leven and now on to twelve; Dix, onze, douze en Francais I can always find a rhyme in time. From Onze to douze, this twelfth step in French is like “douce�, Meaning soft, and sweet, so it’s what I’ll use To practice and internalize you in ways Sweeter, and gentler, and friendlier, and greater in fellow-ship.
