Carol and I first became friends in Stamford, and even better friends when she moved to SLC. We had many good memories listening to Jazz, going out to eat, or just talking. She could light up the room and crack a joke to make everyone laugh. She will be greatly missed. Lots of love and comfort to the family. Thanks for sharing a wonderful woman.

Carol was one of the most genuine and sincere individuals I have ever met. I got to know her while she worked at the ADP Distribution Center in Salt Lake. She was so very witty and fun to be around. There was never a day that she did not go out and say Hi to everyone here. Not just the full time employees, but also the temporary staff we use. She made each and every person feel important and she had an amazing ability to remember something about each of them. I miss her asking me if I needed Andy to visit. She would come around the cubicle wall and shake him at me and we would both start to laugh. The first time she did it, I wasn't so sure what she meant and she actually had to introduce me to him via gesture. If it wasn't Andy coming to visit, it was time for me to check her headlights on her car. Man she leaves me with so many fond memories. I really want you to know how much she meant to me here. I will miss her every day. I just wanted you kids to know how proud she was of you. She talked often about you in such a good way. I don't think she ever complained about her family - Not once. I thank her kids for sharing her with us and know that she was so very proud of each of you. It was so nice to see how close each of you were even though you were seperated by thousands of miles. She loved each of you so very much and was just grateful for you and her grandkids. I wish you all peace during this very difficult time.

It was wonderful getting to know Carol at ADP. She held us to such high quality standards--though there were moments of frustration when I wished she hadn't caught a mistake, later I was always grateful that her attention to detail saved me from having my client catch it. Despite her scrutiny on projects, her wit and sarcasm always cut through the stress and made her one of my favorite people to work with. I miss her, but somehow I know she is still up to her unique brand of "trouble-making" on the other side.

Carol was always a bright light in my day. She always would come over and say hello and say, "Hey trouble". I will miss her so very much, but every time I think of her (which will be often) I will always have a smile on my face.

I got to know Carol while working at ADP in Salt Lake City. Since we were both transplanted East Coast folks out in the wild wild west we often shared stories of home ...

Dear Michael,Kim and Kerry, please accept our deepest sympathies and may your Mom rest in peace. We had the opportunity to spend some quality time with her the past few months and enjoyed our conversations ranging from UConn basketball to politics. Your Mom was a highly intelligent woman of grace and courage. Carol, as agreed, we'll raise our glass to you on March 17th. Fondly, The O'Learys
