Obituary of Carol Reden

REDEN- Carol Ann Reden, age 64 of Milford, died January 23, 2008 in the Hospital of St. Raphael, New Haven. Born in Bridgeport on April 25, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Serie Waltersdorf Reden. Ms. Reden was a graduate of Teikyo Post College and worked for the ADP Company. She was an avid traveler and loved the UCONN Womens Basketball Team. Ms. Reden is survived by her beloved children, Kim Parsons and her husband, Robert of Wolcott, Michael J. Supple and his wife, Lisa of Bridgeport, and Kerry Steinfeld and her husband, Michael of Woodbridge; a brother, Robert Reden and his wife Florence of FL; a sister, Patricia Volinski and her husband, John of FL; cherished grandchildren, Victoria Parsons of Wolcott, Amanda and Stephanie Supple of Bridgeport, Gerald Webb and Christina Irwin of MO; as well as 2 great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to share in a celebration of Carols life on Sunday, January 27, 2008, at 4:00 PM, in the John J. Sullivans Restaurant, 557 Wakelee Ave., Ansonia. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Carol Reden Memorial Basketball Scholarship, to benefit non-scholarship UCONN women players.
