Obituary of Theodore Warycha

WARYCHA- Theodore Warycha, Jr., age 61 of Derby, formerly of North Haven, died peacefully on November 6, 2016 at the Hewitt Health and Rehab Center, Shelton. Born in Derby on June 29, 1955, he was the son of the late Theodore and Helen Lahaza Warycha, Sr. Mr. Warycha was a graduate of Derby High School and worked as the owner and operator of CT Lawn Service and Landscaping for over 40 years, until the time of his illness. He loved the outdoors and will be remembered for his beautiful flower gardens. Mr. Warycha is survived by a beloved son, Justin Warycha of North Haven; a sister, Elizabeth Warycha of Derby; a brother, Eugene Warycha of Ansonia; a niece, Susan Lynn Carothers and a nephew, Jonathan Warycha, both of CA; as well as his former spouse, Theresa Trigilio Warycha of North Haven. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia. Interment will directly follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia. Family and friends may call on Thursday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, prior to the service.
