Steven, Steven, and family, Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Nursing lost a great preceptor and mentor as well. I worked with Marcia in Nursing Education and teaching CPR. She was an incredible colleague; calm, reliable, no task was too big or too small and with a larger than life smile and laugh. Marcia always knew how to calm you and the situation. When we were new nurses, she was like a "Mom" to all of us newbies; always knowing the right thing to say to calm the situation or figure out what to do next to remedy the problem.
